At VioBalance AI, managed by Timely Systems LLC, we believe in keeping this simple, and that's reflected in our subscriptions and optional services.
Simple Licensing
Each active user subscription provides full access to all VioBalance applications. (Of course, a customer’s administrator may control access to specific applications per user ID). Each subscription includes secure hosting in Amazon Web Services, and unlimited access to VioBalance for each active user. Billing process is automated and requires a credit/debit card.
Pay just for what you use
Billing rate is $55.00 per user/calendar month, based on total seat license count. And, you only pay for what you use. For example, if your total seat license count is 10, but only 8 users are active (i.e. Log-in Enabled), you will automatically be credited on your next month’s invoice for the 2 unused user licenses. Users may be added or deactivated at any time by the customer’s administrator. If the total active users exceeds the Total Seat license authorization when adding new users, your Total Seat license subscription will be increased for you.
When users are deactivated or re-activated, your next period’s bill will be adjusted based on the number of days that each user was granted access. For example, if a user was deactivated mid-month, there will be a credit for the 2 weeks of inactivation on your next month’s billing.
User Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually via Stripe and must be paid via a valid credit or debit card with auto-payment, and must be paid prior to the next billing period.
Access
It's a web application, so an internet connection is assumed. All major browsers are supported, and device support includes Windows PC's, Mac PC's, Apple and Android tablets and phones.
Optional CRM Lead Generation Bundle
If users are using the VioBalance Lead Gen application, the first 1000 leads found are free across all companies for the subscription. You can extend that beyond the initial 1000 lead searches by obtaining a Lead Gen Bundle. With your authorization, a charge of $25 via credit card secures your Lead Gen Bundle. Lead searches are 2.5 cents per search, and leverage four valuable sources of B2B information. The bundle self-renews, as you consume lead searches. This fee is only relevant if you wish to seek out additional leads past your initial free 1,000.
Other services that you can integrate into VioBalance at no additional charge
VioBalance has full sales tax tables already included in your subscription price. These tables are updated each month, and cover all 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The tables enable the recording of sales tax rates by customer zip-code. If your tax situation requires finer detail than zip-code, you can optionally link your Avalara tax subscription directly into VioBalance, and leverage Avalara's tax codes.
Stripe payment processing logic is built into VioBalance - just link your existing Stripe account to VioBalance. If you already use Stripe, this is a great feature, as you keep your existing Stripe account completely to yourself, but take advantage of all the built-in hooks that VioBalance has for Stripe processing.
PayPal payment processing logic is built into VioBalance - just link your existing PayPal account to VioBalance, and you'll have all the great features of PayPal fully built into VioBalance.
Square payment processing logic is built into VioBalance - link your existing Square account to VioBalance, and users can pay via Square.
Venmo payment processing logic is built into VioBalance - link your existing Venmo account (through PayPal or Braintree) to VioBalance, and voila! Users can pay via Venmo, as well.
Zelle payments can be listed as part of your customer payment strategy, too. However, Zelle doesn't have a programmable interface, so we cannot call it directly, but you can direct users to the right account ID with our Zelle payment option. With Zelle, since it is not automated, you would need to receive that payment manually, through your bank account, and apply it within VioBalance - but you can provide the option for your customers.
Special Projects
Customers may authorize Timely Systems LLC to perform implementation training, consulting, customization, and other services by authorizing a VioBalance Services project. Billing of $150/hour will be billed as consumed and invoiced monthly.
Rate Changes
If the user subscription billing rate changes, your administrator will be notified at least 30 days in advance of the billing date.
