You retain 100% ownership of all business intelligence, financial ledgers, and lead assets uploaded to your account. Timely Systems LLC retains exclusive ownership of the platform's proprietary software, user interfaces, branding, dynamic theme mechanisms, and AI models.

While we leverage modern cloud infrastructure and highly resilient system logs to minimize downtime, VioBalance AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and infrastructure upgrades necessary to sustain long-term stability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timely Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, corporate data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
